Procuring Entity now invites respective Individual Consultants to express their interest in providing the services referred to in TOR attached. If you wish, please submit expression of interest including curriculum vitae (CV), mentioning the position applied for, to the below address. The consultant is required to fulfill the requirement stated in the TOR once selected in preparation of documents for IWWRMP.
Experience and qualifications of the consultant should comply with the requirements listed in the Terms of Reference (Available in the website https://www.iwwrmp.lk/web/procurement/section/procurement-notices). The evaluation shall be based on the relevant qualifications and experience of the individual consultant as described below.

Academic Qualification and additional qualification of the consultant Overall experience, relevant experience to the assignment and experience in foreign funded project such as World Bank, ADB etc. Experience in region and language or experience with the similar nature. Individual consultant shall be selected from those that express interest in response to the invitation.
The evaluation shall be based on the relevant qualifications and experience of the individual consultant who shall be the most experienced and best qualified among the candidates and shall be fully capable of carrying out the assignment.
A Consultant will be selected by following Selection based on “ Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants” in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, dated July 2016, revised in November 2017 and August 2018.
The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, dated July 2016, revised in November 2017 and August 2018, setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. The expected commencement of the service mid of January 2026.
Please, consider that the expenses on preparation of expression of interest and negotiation under the contract shall not be reimbursed as direct expenditures on the assignment.
