RFP Reference No.: IN-CWDA-522612-CS-QCBS Loan No.: IBRD-9409 Location and Date: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Dear Participating Firms, The Government of India (hereinafter called “Borrower”) has received financing from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) (the “Bank”) in the form of a “loan” (hereinafter called “loan” toward the cost of RIGHTS: Inclusion, Accessibility and Opportunities for Persons with disabilities.
The Commissionerate for Welfare of the Differently Abled having headquarters at No.05, Kamarajar Salai, Lady Willingdon College Campus, Chennai – 600 005 , an implementing agency of the Client, intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this loan to eligible payments under the contract for which this Request for Proposals is issued.
The Commissionerate for Welfare of the Differently Abled now invites online proposals to provide the following consulting services (hereinafter called “Services”): Hiring of an agency to Conduct internal audit of the project accounts, review financial management systems, assess compliance with financial and procurement guidelines, and report on the adequacy of internal controls for a period of 2 years.
