The project aims to strengthen foundational learning, increase enrolment, and advance system-wide reforms across Punjab. of Post 1 Financial Management Specialist Qualifications At least, Master’s degree or equivalent (sixteen (16) years of education) in Business Administration / Finance / ACCA / CA or relevant discipline, from a foreign or local university, duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
Experience At least, seven (07) years of documentary verifiable relevant experience, after acquiring stipulated qualifications, in public and/or private sector national/international organizations, preferably in education. Excellent knowledge of World Bank and government procedure of financial management Proven ability to work in a collaborative, team environment.

Familiarity with government structures, operations, and procedure. 01 The detailed TORs can be downloaded from https://www.pesrp.edu.pk/procurement. The selection will be made in accordance with the Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants of World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, dated September 2023.
The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016 revised November 2017, August 2018, November 2020 & September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
Interested candidates should submit the Expression of Interest with Curriculum Vitae (CV), copies of educational degrees, certificates, experience certificates, and CNIC by January 05, 2026 till 5:00 PM. The applicants should clearly mention relevant years of experience and qualification at the top of the CV. If a face-to-face meeting is required, same shall be done virtually.
