EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (Hiring of Individual Consultant – Communication Specialist) Punjab Clean Air Program (PCAP) is a World Bank funded program aimed at reducing emissions and improving air quality, thereby enhancing public health and contributing to sustainable transport infrastructure in Punjab. The PCAP-CMU intends to fill the following position: Sr. No. Description No. of Position 1 Individual Consultant – Communication Specialist 1

• Interested individuals are required to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) along with updated CV, attested copies of educational certificates/degrees, experience certificates, latest photograph and a copy of CNIC.
• Incomplete EOIs or those received after the due date will not be considered.
• Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview and no TA/DA will be paid in this regard.
• The service of selected individual will be terminated if their degree(s)/ educational certificates are found bogus.
• Hiring of Individual Consultant – Communication Specialist will be made as per World Bank Procurement Regulations.
• Government servants are required to submit a NOC from their present employer.
