Project Management Unit (PMU), National Health Support Program (NHSP-KP), Health Department Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa intends to hire the services of Individual Consultants for below mentioned positions for Project Management Unit (PMU) of Project NHSP-KP. The Qualification & Experience of the Consultants are: S.No Designation of Consultant Qualifications and Experiences 1 Monitoring and Evaluation Officer PK-NHSP-KP-528511-CS-INDV 16 years of Education in Management Sciences, Social Sciences or Natural Sciences or Health Sciences or Biological sciences PLUS at least 10 years relevant experience in M&E: Or master’s degree in public health, PLUS at least 5 years relevant M&E experience. Required Skills and Specialized Techniques:
- Highly developed data analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, including report writing and confidence in delivering complex presentations to a wide range of audiences.
- Good project management, time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to respond to deadlines and prioritize accordingly
- Ability to interact well and develop positive relationships with stakeholders of different backgrounds.
- Utilization of Microsoft/Open Office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint will be necessary to fulfil duties.
- Sound knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research and evaluation methods
- Ability to use SPSS, SAS, STATA or equivalent programme will be an advantage.
- At least five years General Experience working in a professional capacity within private or public sector or NGOs.
- 5 years’ experience working with M&E tools and methodologies in a planning and implementation capacity.

The Health Department invites qualified individual consultants to express their interest in providing the aforementioned services. Interested individual consultants must provide:
- A letter of Expression of Interest, providing information demonstrating ability, skills and experience to undertake advertised assignment and deliver inputs/ outputs required under the TOR.
- A detailed, up to dated and signed Curriculum Vitae highlighting qualifications and experience in carrying out similar assignments and recent picture, as well as references for possible checks.
- All applicants shall submit attested copies of educational documents as well as experience certificates.
The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 [revised November 2017, August 2018 and November 2020] (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest. Consultants will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Paragraphs 7.36 & 7.37 of “World Bank: Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services” (July 2016) revised November 2017, August 2018 & November 2020.
