The project aims to strengthen foundational learning, increase enrolment, and advance system-wide reforms across Punjab. PMU now invites experienced candidates having relevant qualification and experience to indicate their interest in providing the services: Sr. No Post Qualification and Experience Required: No.
of Post 1 Procurement & Contract Specialist Qualifications Masters’ Degree (at least sixteen (16) years of education) in Business Management / Engineering/Economics/ Finance/ Social Sciences. Degree in Procurement Management, / Project Management / Supply Chain would be accorded more weightage.
Candidate having procurement related certifications like Member Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS) from CIPS, UK, Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) from ISM, USA, or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent from APICS/ASCM, or equivalent shall be preferred.

Experience Eight (08) years of documentary verifiable experience in procurement of goods, works, & consulting services with the subnational/ national /international agencies/ or private sectors in procurement. Strong, community driven development, consulting services, non-consulting services, IT Procurement experience etc., shall be preferred.

The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016 revised November 2017, August 2018, November 2020 & September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
Interested candidates should submit the Expression of Interest with Curriculum Vitae (CV), copies of educational degrees, certificates, experience certificates, and CNIC by January 05, 2026 till 5:00 PM. The applicants should clearly mention relevant years of experience and qualification at the top of the CV. If a face-to-face meeting is required, same shall be done virtually.
