Scope overview
Hartland-Lakeside School District is seeking proposals for 2 Gbps Internet access and data transmission services. Vendors may propose a bundled solution that includes eligible basic firewall services. Optional ineligible services (e.g., UTP licensing or advanced security features) must be clearly identified and separately priced. Multi-year contracts will be considered.
The contract must allow for bandwidth increases during the term without requiring a contract extension. The Applicant reserves the right to scale services as needed. Any resulting contract shall be contingent upon the receipt of E-Rate funding and may be adjusted or terminated without penalty if funding is reduced or denied.
All inquiries and proposals must be submitted via email to the Technical Contact listed on this Form 470. Vendors must include their SPIN in all responses. Proposals must specifically address the services requested. Generic or automated responses will not be considered.
The Applicant reserves the right to reject proposals received on or after the Allowable Contract Date shown on this Form 470, as well as any proposal that is incomplete, non-responsive, or otherwise fails to meet the requirements outlined herein.
