Scope overview
Hollolan Tilapalvelu Oy pyytää tarjoustanne Hollola-talon SR-rakennusurakasta. Rakennuspaikka on osoitteessa Keskuskatu 9 / Virastotie 1. Hankkeeseen sisältyvät mm.
seuraavat toiminnot: • Kunnan virastotoimintojen toimisto- ja työtilat aputiloineen • Jätetilat ja pyörävarasto ja -katos • Kunnan päätearkisto • Monitoimisali 300 hengelle, ”Hollola-Sali” • Kokoustiloja kunnan ja ulkopuolisten käyttöön • Ravintolatilat yksityiselle ravintolatoimijalle. Tilat vuokrataan ravintolatoimijalle.
Lisäksi hankkeeseen kuuluu Virastotiellä ja pysäköintialueen keskellä olevan vesihuollon linjan korvaaminen uudella ja pysäköintialueen rakentaminen. Vanhat vesihuoltolinjat kulkevat osittain tulevan rakennuksen alla. Vanhat vesihuoltolinjat ja kaivot puretaan urakkaan kuuluvana. Urakoitsija valitaan halvimman rakennuksen ja vesihuoltolinjojen yhteishinnan perusteella. Rakennuksen bruttoala on noin 3700 brm2.
Hollolan kunta rakennuttaa vuoden 2027 aikana työmaan eteläpuolella olevan Keskuskadun peruskorjauksen. Työmaat voivat ulottua hieman päällekkäin ja urakoitsijoiden täytyy sopia työn aikana työjärjestyksistä ja aikatauluista. Tarkemmat tiedot löytyvät liitteenä olevista tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoista. Lisäkirjeenä on tulossa myöhemmin mm. Hollola-salin tekniset vaatimukset.
