2. The Project Implementation Team (PIT) established within the Federal Ministry of Health now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders to supply a Community Nursing Vehicle for Primary Health Care (35 pieces). 3.

Bidding will be conducted through competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (July 2016, revised November 2017, August 2018, and November 2020) (Procurement Regulations) , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.
