Scope overview
Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het afsluiten van een overeenkomst met één Opdrachtnemer voor de levering, installatie, ondersteuning, en (full-)service van een hoog-resolutie massaspectrometrie (HRMS) systeem. De opdracht wordt gegund aan de inschrijver die de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding biedt over de technische levensduur van het systeem.
Met dit systeem wil Aqualysis haar laboratoriumcapaciteit uitbreiden om een vollediger beeld van de waterkwaliteit te verkrijgen door target-, suspect-, en non-target screening mogelijk te maken. De opdracht heeft betrekking op de levering van één HRMS-systeem dat voldoet aan de in hoofdstuk 3.2 en het Programma van Eisen (PvE) beschreven specificaties en functionaliteiten.
De geraamde waarde van de opdracht overschrijdt naar verwachting de Europese drempelwaarde voor leveringen, waardoor de aanbesteding plaatsvindt volgens de Aanbestedingswet 2012.
