Given Equinox has provided this service for over 13 years, their technology is embedded and used by all local government, and as there is no real competition or readily available alternative in the market, and the cost of change across local government would be significant, we are directly engaging Equinox to continue to provide this service.

Equinox developed the National Dog Database in 2008 and has hosted and supported it since then.
