Health Management and Occupational Hygiene Services for Infrastructure Project

Objectives: • Review and ensure the existing Health Management Plan (HMP) is WI 1150 compliant, including OHS provision, surveillance, wellbeing, exposure monitoring, emergency response, and assurance. • Establish a Health by Design model via a documented Health Hazard Evaluation & Mitigation Process (HHEMP) and design health risk assessments.

• Implement a monitoring and controls framework addressing Appendix A hazards and HS2's enhanced exposure standards. • Create templates, SOPs, forms, and toolkits for repeatable use; build internal competency through the development of training materials. • Establish assurance & clinical audit arrangements with clear KPIs, dashboards, and reporting lines (including Project Passport interfaces).

• Occupational hygienist services to ensure health hazard identification, exposure monitoring, control advice and design input.
