The New York City School Construction Authority s (the SCA ) Human Resources Department has a commitment to provide on-going training of its staff.
We are seeking to work with 2 (two) qualified training consultants to strengthen participants leadership, management and supervisory skills, enhance individual professional development process by equipping supervisors with skills, tools and ideas to support their direct reports professional development and improve overall people management at the SCA.
