Compensation assumptions: GRASSROOTS VOTER OUTREACH (GVO), 294 WASHINGTON ST. STE. 501, BOSTON, MA 02108, 202-487-5828, PLANS AND MANAGES A STREET CANVASSING CAMPAIGN TO RAISE FUNDS FOR NON-PROFIT CLIENT HUMAN RIGHTS CAMPAIGN. GVO SHALL BILL HRC ON A WEEKLY BASIS, WITH SUCH INVOICES TO BE SUBMITTED TOGETHER WITH THE WEEKLY REPORTS REQUIRED TO BE DELIVERED BY GVO. HRC AGREES THAT GVO SHALL BE COMPENSATED PURSUANT TO THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT WHICH IS ESTIMATED TO BE 100% OF GROSS REVENUE. THIS ESTIMATED PERCENTAGE IS BASED ON PROJECTED FIGURES FOR AVERAGE PLEDGE AMOUNT PARTICIPATION PERCENTAGE AND FULFILLMENT PERCENTAGE. WHILE EVERY PROJECT VARIES IN RESULTS AND YIELD, THIS ASSUMPTION IS BASED ON INDUSTRY STANDARDS. THIS SHALL NOT AFFECT OR ALTER COMPENSATION PROVISIONS AS LISTED IN THE AGREEMENT.GVO PROJECTS $929,000 IN GROSS REVENUE TO BE RAISED FROM THIS CAMPAIGN DURING THE AGREEMENT TERM, WITH SIGNIFICANT ADDITIONAL REVENUE FROM THE LONG-TERM PLEDGES ACQUIRED DURING THE OUTREACH CAMPAIGN EXPECTED AFTER THE
