HUNTSMAN MENTAL HEALTH FOUNDATION IS GUARANTEED TO RECEIVE ALL OF THE GROSS REVENUE RAISED AS A RESULT FROM THIS CAMPAIGN. PUBLISHING CONCEPTS IS PAID A $4,500.00 FLAT FEE FOR ITS PROFESSIONAL FUND RAISING SERVICE AND DOES NOT RETAIN ANY PERCENTAGE OF THE GROSS REVENUE RAISED IN THIS CAMPAIGN. PUBLISHING CONCEPTS DOES NOT HANDLE DONATIONS.
