De Opdracht die Aanbestedende dienst heeft in te vullen en waarvoor zij op zoek is naar één Opdrachtnemer om een Overeenkomst mee te sluiten ziet toe op: Het Huurteam Tilburg behelst een (van de gemeente) onafhankelijk laagdrempelig loket waar (toekomstig) huurders terecht kunnen voor (juridisch) advies, vragen en ondersteuning bij kwesties en geschillen gerelateerd aan hun woonomstandigheden.
Het doel is om enerzijds de positie van huurders te versterken en anderzijds om meer zicht te krijgen op de verhuur- en bemiddelingsbranche zo een gezond (ver)huurklimaat in Tilburg te genereren. Het Huurteam biedt informatie en ondersteuning aan woningzoekenden en huurders.
Door onwenselijke situaties bespreekbaar te maken en (potentiële) huurders te helpen deze aan te pakken, draagt het Huurteam bij aan de verbetering van de positie van huurders en stimuleert zij goed verhuurderschap.
