Scope overview
- Hybrid-Module: Lieferung von 4 kompletten Feldern inkl. aller Komponenten, Befestigungen, Erdung, Kabel, Kabelpritschen und Montage der Kabelverbindungen. - Projektleitung & Engineering: Gesamtplanung, Koordination, Materialbeschaffung, vollständiges Engineering inkl. aller Unterlagen und Enddokumentation. - Meetings & Schnittstellen: Mindestens 15 Projektsitzungen sowie 5 Sitzungen mit dem SAS-Lieferanten einzurechnen, inkl. Reise- und Nebenkosten. - Werkabnahme (FAT): Einmalige vollständige FAT an 3 Hybrid-Modulen mit zugehörigem Schnittstellenschrank; Testequipment bereitzustellen. - Transport & Verpackung: DDP-Lieferung bis Montageplatz inkl. Ablad, Einbringung, Zöllen, Gebühren, Versicherungen und Rücktransporten. - Montage vor Ort: Vollständige Montage, Gasbefüllung, Verkabelung, Erdungsanschluss sowie Bereitstellung aller Werkzeuge und Montagehilfsmittel durch den Lieferanten. - Funktionskontrollen: Mechanische, elektrische und dielektrische Prüfungen der Primärtechnik sowie Prüfung der Rückmeldungen, Blockierungen und Wandlerkerne. - Inbetriebsetzung & Probebetrieb: SAS-Lieferant führt IBS; Lieferant der Hybrid-Module unterstützt bei Umschaltungen (Präsenz Chefmonteur). - Schulung: 1 Tag Vor-Ort-Schulung für Betrieb, Instandhaltung und Pikett (Anlagenaufbau, Dokumentation, Handling, Störungssuche etc.). - Optionen: Hochspannungsprüfung vor Ort sowie Lieferung eines 1-poligen Ersatz-Hybrid-Moduls; zusätzlich kapitalisierte Stundensätze nach LV.
