Scope overview
De opdracht betreft het uitbesteden van een Managed Workplace voor Stichting RINIS. De opdracht omvat de levering, het beheer en de ondersteuning van de werkplekhardware en de kantoorautomatiseringsomgeving.
De dienstverlening bestaat onder meer uit het beheer en de levering van Apple-werkplekken, Mobile Device Management, Microsoft 365-beheer, servicedeskdiensten, applicatiebeheer, licenties en bijbehorende ondersteuning en training.
RINIS beoogt met één leverancier een overeenkomst te sluiten voor een volledig beheerde werkplekvoorziening, waarbij RINIS de regierol behoudt en de leverancier verantwoordelijk is voor de operationele uitvoering. De opdracht betreft een Managed Workplace-dienst. RINIS beschikt momenteel over circa 75 werkplekken/medewerkers.
Gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst wordt een groei verwacht naar circa 100 werkplekken/medewerkers. In een bijzonder en uitzonderlijk scenario kan gedurende de totale looptijd van de overeenkomst, inclusief eventuele verlengingen, sprake zijn van een verdere schaalvergroting tot circa 200 werkplekken. Alle genoemde aantallen zijn indicatief.
Aan deze aantallen kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend en er gelden geen minimale of maximale afnameverplichtingen.
