Die UZH sucht eine Firma, welche ein modernes Identity- und Access-Management IAM System inkl. Self-Service-Portal (SSP) bereitstellt, implementiert sowie den Wartungs- und Unterhaltsbetrieb sicherstellt. Das IAM-System soll auf einer reinen SaaS-Lösung (Software-as-a-Service) basieren.
Dadurch werden der Betrieb, das benötigte Fachwissen, die Updates, die System-Verfügbarkeit sowie die Compliance-Zertifizierungen direkt durch die verfügbaren Ressourcen der Anbieterin sichergestellt.
Darüber hinaus ermöglicht eine SaaS-Lösung eine deutlich schnellere Implementierung, eine hohe Skalierbarkeit sowie eine zeitnahe Überwindung bestehender Systemlimitationen, was für die Umsetzung in den operativen Betrieb essenziell ist.
Das IAM-System soll mit einem speziell für die UZH zu entwickelnden Self-Service-Portal integriert werden, welches die Interaktion mit den Nutzenden möglichst automatisiert und intuitiv sicherstellt.
