Ikäihmisten asumispalvelut - POS 2 / YMPÄRIVUOROKAUTINEN PALVELUASUMINEN, Siun sote (DPS) Pohjois-Karjalan hyvinvointialue eli Siun sote pyytää antamaan tarjouksia Siun soten ikäihmisten asumispalvelujen dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmän (5062/02.08.00.02/2023) uuteen sisäiseen kilpailutukseen koskien ympärivuorokautista palveluasumista kalenterivuodelle 2026 seuraavasti: POS 2 / YMPÄRIVUOROKAUTINEN PALVELUASUMINEN 2.1 / Pitkäaikainen ympärivuorokautinen palveluasuminen 2.2 / Lyhytaikainen ympärivuorokautinen palveluasuminen Hankinta koskee sekä uusia että palvelujen piirissä jo olevia asiakkaita, joille on tarve järjestää ympärivuorokautista palveluasumista.
Palvelun piirissä jo olevat asiakkaat siirtyvät automaattisesti uuden sopimuksen piiriin 1.1.2026 alkaen.
Ympärivuorokautisella palveluasumisella tarkoitetaan sosiaalihuoltolain (1301/2014) 21 c §:n mukaista sosiaalipalvelua, jossa palvelunantaja järjestää sosiaalihuollon asiakkaalle tämän tarpeita vastaavan asunnon yhteisöllistä toimintaa tarjoavassa esteettömässä ja turvallisessa asumisyksikössä sekä tämän tarvitseman hoidon ja huolenpidon viipymättä ja vuorokaudenajasta riippumatta.,
