Solicitation against the Task-based informatics professional services (TBIPS) supply arrangement This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following categories: A.1 Application Software/Architect A.6 Programmer/Software Developer A.11 Tester B.1 Business Analyst P.9 Project Manager This procurement is set aside for Indigenous business under the Federal Government's Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB).
In order to be considered as an Indigenous Business under the PSIB, the Supplier must complete the Indigenous Business certification in the CPSS and register on the Indigenous Business Directory (IBD) Description of Work: The Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada (ATSSC) provides support services to twelve federal administrative tribunals through a single, integrated organization.
By offering specialized services, the ATSSC supports each tribunal's mandate and aims to improve access to justice for Canadians. As part of its modernization of operations, ATSSC utilizes custom Claris FileMaker to support various business functions. This system is already implemented and in active use across multiple business areas.
Professional services are required to ensure the continued effectiveness, stability, and evolution of this platform, ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement. These services will help maintain system performance, address user needs, accommodate new requirements, and ensure compliance with Government of Canada IT and security standards.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language.
