Die BLS AG betreibt ein integriertes Managementsystem (IMS), das die unternehmensweiten Prozesse, Regelwerke und Nachweise zentral abbildet. Das IMS unterstützt die Sicherstellung von Qualität und Compliance sowie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Geschäftsprozesse nach anerkannten Standards (z. B. ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SMS, ECM, ISMS).
Die derzeit im Einsatz befindliche Softwarelösung erfüllt diese Aufgabe, erreicht jedoch Ende 2026 das Ende ihres Lebenszyklus. Zur Sicherstellung der Betriebsfähigkeit und zur Weiterentwicklung des Managementsystems wird eine moderne Nachfolgelösung benötigt, die den aktuellen und zukünftigen technischen, funktionalen und organisatorischen Anforderungen gerecht wird.
