Scope overview
Rau Paenga is seeking an Independent Certifier (IC) to provide Independent Certifier services as defined under NZS 3910:2023 Conditions of Contract for Building and Civil Engineering (NZS 3910:2023), for the Auckland District Court (ADC) Remediation Project (Project). . Rau Paenga and the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) have entered into arrangements whereby Rau Paenga will deliver the Project on behalf of MoJ.?
While Rau Paenga will enter into contracts with advisors, designers, consultants and contractors, including in relation to the appointment of the IC, the Project is ultimately being delivered for MoJ. . This RFQ is released to pre-qualified ICs to participate in a secondary procurement process under the All of Government (AoG) Construction Consultancy Services panel. . [Important Note] 1.
