Udbuddet vedrører indsamling og transport af haveaffald fra private husstande i Rudersdal Kommune. Ud over indsamlingsopgaven indeholder udbuddet enkelte tillægsydelser. Kontraktperioden løber fra 1. april 2025 til 28. februar 2027 med mulighed for forlængelse 2 gange op til 1 år.
Der henvises til Bilag 1, Kravspecifikationen, afsnit 1.5, 1.9 og 1.11 og til Bilag 2, Tilbudslisten, hvor det samlede estimerede og forventede indkøb af tjenesteydelser fremgår. Den forventede omsætning er udregnet på baggrund af tidligere aktivitet og forventede aktivitetsændringer med de forudsætninger, der kendes på udbudstidspunktet. Den forventede omsætning er således ikke bindende for Ordregiver.
Tilsvarende gælder for mængder angivet i tilbudslisten. For nærmere beskrivelse af den udbudte leverance, herunder fastsatte mindstekrav, henvises til kravspecifikationen, tilbudslisten og det øvrige samlede udbudsmateriale. Den udbudte kontrakt har en løbetid på samlet 2 år med mulighed for forlængelse 2 gange op til 1 år. Eventuel forlængelse af kontrakten vil blive meddelt med minimum 6 måneders varsel.
