Scope overview
Udbuddet vedrører indsamling og transport af storskrald fra private husstande og kommunale institutioner mv. i Allerød, Hørsholm og Rudersdal Kommuner. Kommunerne udbyder således i fællesskab kontrakt om indsamling og transport af storskrald. Ud over afhentningsopgaven indeholder udbuddet enkelte tillægsydelser.
Ydelsen udbydes i en samlet kontrakt: Indsamling og transport af storskrald fra tilmeldte affaldsproducenter samt enkelte affaldsproducenter med fast afhentning i Allerød, Hørsholm og Rudersdal kommuner. Indsamlingen starter pr. 1. april 2025 i Hørsholm og Rudersdal kommuner, mens indsamlingen i Allerød Kommune først starter pr. 1. januar 2026.
Kontrakten omfatter indsamling og transport af storskrald fra tilmeldte ejendomme i Allerød, Hørsholm og Rudersdal Kommuner. Indsamlingen foretages 6 gange om året – hver anden måned ved hver adresse, ved udvalgte bebyggelser mv. dog en gang pr. måned som specificeret i Kontraktens Bilag 1 Kravspecifikation.
Renovatøren forpligter sig ved kontrakten til at levere de i kontrakten nævnte tjenesteydelser på de beskrevne vilkår, jf. Bilag 1 Kravspecifikation og til de anførte priser. Det forudsættes, at Renovatøren til enhver tid er leveringsdygtig i samtlige de ydelser, der er omfattet af kontrakten. Der henvises til Bilag 1, Kravspecifikationen, pkt.
1.5, 1.6, 5.1 og 5.2 og til Bilag 2, Tilbudslisten, hvor det samlede estimerede og forventede indkøb af tjenesteydelser fremgår.
