Predmet nabave je nabava poslovnog sustava za potrebe rada Autobusnog kolodvora koji će omogućiti cjelovitu podršku u planiranju, provođenju i praćenju poslova i aktivnosti vezanih za djelatnosti Autobusnog kolodvora kao što su prihvat i otpremu autobusnog prometa i putnika, prodaju karata, usluge parkiranja, garderobe, sanitarnog čvora i dr., koristeći automatizirane poslovne procese, napredne algoritme prodaje i optimizaciju, a ujedno će biti i sučelje (interface) prema poslovnim sustavima Autoprijevoznika.
Novi Informacijski sustav za poslovno upravljanje Autobusnim kolodvorom zasnivat će se na troslojnoj arhitekturi kako bi se omogućila skalabilnost, fleksibilnost i dostupnost. Sustav će u potpunosti biti kompatibilan s ERP sustavom koji se uvodi na razini ZGH. Novi sustav omogućuje integraciju i implementaciju novih sustava te povećanje funkcionalnosti upravljanja poslovanjem i uslugama autobusnog kolodvora.
