Scope overview
This RFP is being issued to obtain IT services in connection with Disaster Recovery.
The SCA requires a Consultant to perform the following services in connection with the SCA s Disaster Recovery ( DR ) Plan: The Consultant shall provide a secure hosting site; Annual DR Exercise: The SCA shall assess the capability and performance of its DR process during an annual testing period, which will be scheduled with the Consultant.
The Consultant will provide site-to-site connectivity between the SCA s LIC-HQ and the DR site for daily data replication. The Consultant will provide a temporary work location at the DR site that will accommodate up to ten (10) personnel. The Consultant may be required to provide a lower-level technician for basic services such as setting up and/or maintenance, during the absence of SCA staff at the secure site.
