Pflaum-, Feldmochinger Straße Um- und Ausbau Ortskern Feldmoching - Genehmigungsplanung (HOAI §47, Lph4) - Ausführungsplanung (HOAI §47, Lph5) - Vorbereitung der Vergabe (HOAI §47, Lph6) - Erstellen eines Markierungsplans - Örtliche Bauüberwachung (HOAI §47, Lph8 besondere Leistung) - Koordinierung der Belange der Arbeitssicherheit und des Gesundheitsschutzes nach der Baustellenverordnung - Entwicklung und Erstellung Verkehrsphasenpläne - Erstellung Verkehrszeichenpläne - Abstimmungen der bauzeitlichen Verkehrsführung (MOR) - Erstellung der Kostenaufgliederung zur Abrechnung von Erschließungsbeiträgen - Tiefbauleitung LSA-Umbau, LSA-Neubau und Straßenbeleuchtung Die Baumaßnahme ist in zwei Abschnitt zu unterteilen: Zum einen der in der Anlage 1 rot dargestellte Straßenausbau für das Baureferat, Tiefbau T1 Straßenplanung und -bau und zum anderen die in der Anlage 1 hellblau dargestellte Fahrbahnsanierung für das Baureferat, Tiefbau T2 Straßenunterhalt.
Für die Maßnahme ist auch die Altlastenkoordinierung anzubieten. Dabei ist die Aushubüberwachung die Ergebnisse der Voruntersuchungen und der sensorischen Eindrücke vor Ort bei der weiteren Behandlung des Aushub- bzw. Aufbruchmaterials zu berücksichtigen.
