Scope overview
VITO is een Vlaams onderzoekscentrum dat wetenschappelijke inzichten omzet in baanbrekende technologische innovaties, AI oplossingen en beleidsadvies. VITO richt zich op drie impactdomeinen: een regeneratieve economie, een gezonde leefomgeving en veerkrachtige ecosystemen. Het doel is maximale impact te realiseren in Vlaanderen, Europa en de wereld door innovatie en valorisatie centraal te stellen.
Voor haar kernactiviteiten ontvangt VITO een jaarlijkse toelage van het Vlaamse Gewest conform een convenant, afgesloten voor de periode 2024 2028. Deze beheersovereenkomst definieert en kwantificeert de doelstellingen die VITO beoogt via haar werking, en bepaalt de modaliteiten van de financiering door de Vlaamse Overheid.
In het kader van het convenant zal een mid term impact assessment plaatsvinden om VITO’s impact op verschillende niveau’s en in verschillende domeinen te meten (deadline 30/06/26) en daarvoor wenst VITO de diensten in te huren van....
