Scope overview
Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het structureel waarborgen van voldoende arbeidscapaciteit binnen de afdeling Bedrijven (afdeling Diensten & Industrie) van opdrachtgever, door de inzet van gemotiveerde en gekwalificeerde flexibele arbeidskrachten.
Opdrachtgever streeft naar een oplossing die: • de leverbetrouwbaarheid van arbeidscapaciteit borgt; • voldoende capaciteit beschikbaar stelt op piekmomenten; • het inhuurproces gestroomlijnd en beheersbaar maakt; • de administratieve lasten minimaliseert; • ketenvorming en kostenstapeling voorkomt; • plaatsvindt tegen marktconforme tarieven en voorwaarden.
Om deze doelstelling te bereiken wil opdrachtgever een raamovereenkomst aangaan met één dienstverlener die kan voorzien in de volledige inhuurbehoefte.
