Scope overview
Aanbestedende dienst voert projecten uit in haar hele beheergebied, waarbij o.a. in het kader van een aanvraag omgevingsvergunning vaak archeologisch onderzoek uitgevoerd moet worden. Dit archeologisch onderzoek varieert van bureauonderzoek, inventariserend veldonderzoek tot alle vormen van vervolgonderzoek. Dit onderzoek besteedt aanbestedende dienst uit aan archeologische bureaus.
Omdat aanbestedende dienst veel projecten heeft uit te voeren en de doorlooptijd van deze projecten vaak onder druk staat, wenst aanbestedende dienst samen te werken met opdrachtnemers op het gebied van archeologische dienstverlening die zich aan de eisen in deze aanbestedingsleidraad conformeren.
Aanbestedende dienst wil wederom raamovereenkomsten afsluiten met maximaal drie (3) partijen die zich conformeren aan de gestelde eisen in de aanbestedingsleidraad en bijbehorende aanbestedingsdocumenten. De raamovereenkomsten worden afgesloten voor de duur van twee (2) jaar, met de mogelijkheid deze één (1) maal met twee (2) jaar te verlengen. Beoogde ingangsdatum van de raamovereenkomsten is 1 mei 2026.
Alle onderzoeksfasen van onderstaande protocollen maken onderdeel uit van de raamovereenkomst: Bureauonderzoek (Protocol 4002); Inventariserend Veldonderzoek (Protocol 4003) - inclusief variant Archeologische begeleiding; Opgraven (Protocol 4004) - inclusief variant Archeologische Begeleiding
