Scope overview
Dit dossier betreft de verdere inrichting (specifieke fit-out huurder) van een nieuwbouw kantoor na oplevering. Momenteel is men nog bezig met de ruwbouw, en we zien nog bijsturingen van het ontwerp, wat impact kan hebben op de fit-out. Ook is er recentelijk beslist om nog een bureau akoestiek in te schakelen om technieken i.f.v.
onze fit-out (door hoofdaannemer tijdens de bouwfase) te kunnen vereenvoudigen, wat impact zou kunnen hebben op de keuzes van wanden en vloeren. Door de complexiteit en de samenhang met de technieken is de vrijheid om nog bij te sturen dus noodzakelijk, terwijl het toch al noodzakelijk is om nu reeds een procedure te lanceren.
Ook binnen VDAB zitten we nog in een verandertraject en kunnen de opleidingen aanleiding zijn om nog verder te detailleren en pistes open te houden. Met betrekking tot de balie (deel van perceel 4) worden nog vrijheden gegeven m.b.t. het ontwerp om tot een creatief, aangenaam en origineel geheel te komen, maar de betrokkenheid van meerdere belanghebbenden (bvb.
Agentschap Integrale toegankelijkheid) maakt dat ontwerpen afgetoetst worden (bvb. m.b.t. het A+-label) en dat ook hier mogelijks nog moet kunnen bijgestuurd worden vooraleer een gemotiveerde beslissing kan worden genomen.
