Scope overview
Het uit te voeren project betreft de installatie van collectieve CV-ketels met aanverwante werkzaamheden in 12 appartementsblokken gelegen in de Sint-Elisabethwijk te Aalst. De opdracht bestaat erin om het primaire aangesloten warmtenet af te koppelen, te verwijderen, af te voeren en te vervangen door gasgestookte wandketels, aan te sluiten op een nieuw aan te leggen gasleiding vanaf een nieuwe buitentellerkast.
De bestaande warmtewisselaars kunnen eventueel hergebruikt worden als scheidingswarmtewisselaar. De bestaande sanitaire warmwateraanmaak in de appartementen (via CV of elektrisch) zal worden verwijderd en vervangen door nieuwe hybride boilers.
