Die Arbeiten umfassen im Wesentlichen: - Demontage der vorhandenen Antriebskomponenten einschließlich Ketten-, Schubstangen- und Rollenmechanismen, Führungsschienen und zugehöriger Stahlbauteile.
- Betonarbeiten in den Nischensohlen und Schwimmerschächten einschließlich Stemmarbeiten, Einbau von Kranschienen DIN 536 A 55, Herstellung neuer Kon-solen für Winkelgetriebe und Einbau von Stahlrohren in die Schwimmerschächte. - Lieferung und Montage neuer Rollenwagen, Führungsschienen, Schubstangen mit Gelenklagern sowie Antriebselemente für Haupt- und Handantrieb.
- Korrosionsschutz aller stahlwasserbaulichen Bauteile nach DIN EN ISO 12944 (Teile 1-9) und ZTV-W 218. - Funktionsprüfung und Inbetriebnahme nach ZTV-W LB 216-1 und -2. - Einsatz eines elektronischen Behelfsantriebs (EHZ) zur Aufrechterhaltung des Schleusenbetriebs während der Bauzeit, einschließlich Montage, Steuerung, Doku-mentation und Demontage nach Abschluss der Maßnahme.
