Konsultan individu dibutuhkan untuk mengisi posisi berikut: Kode Posisi: INSTITUTIONAL AND GOVERNANCE SPECIALIST Nomor Referensi: ID-PKP BAPPENAS-529531-CS-INDV Tugas utama: Tugas utama Institutional and Governance Specialist ini untuk mendukung pelaksanaan kegiatan GEF-SCIP Komponen 2 khususnya di aspek kelembagaan dan peningkatan tata kelola untuk sektor pengelolaan sampah, air limbah domestik rumah tangga, serta penyediaan dan pengelolaan akses air minum perkotaan terpadu. Durasi kontrak diharapkan selesai dalam waktu 16 bulan. - Pendidikan minimal S1 dari bidang hukum/sosial/politik/manajemen, atau ekonomi.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja profesional minimal 15 (lima belas) tahun yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan proyek-proyek pemerintah dan/atau yang didanai oleh pinjaman dan hibah luar negeri dengan tugas terkait aspek kelembagaan pada sektor pengelolaan sampah, air limbah domestik, dan air minum.
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang fasilitasi kelembagaan dan/atau pendampingan penyusunan produk perencanaan pembangunan skala daerah maupun nasional.
