Scope overview
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa „Integracja i rozbudowa systemów informatycznych świadczeniodawcy - Rozbudowa systemu PACS” w ramach projektu pn. „Wdrożenie e-usług w Samodzielnym Publicznym Zespole Opieki Zdrowotnej w Brzesku”.
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest rozbudowa i modernizacja systemu PACS, w ramach którego Wykonawca: 1) wykona aktualizację systemu PACS do nowej wersji przeglądarki diagnostycznej; 2) w ramach rozbudowy systemu PACS dostarczy oprogramowanie: moduł rekonstrukcji 3D, moduł importu badań, moduł udostępniania badań obrazowych w ramach e-konsultacji; 3) zainstaluje i skonfiguruje oprogramowanie w infrastrukturze informatycznej Zamawiającego; 4) udzieli bezterminowej licencji na oprogramowanie; 5) zapewni nadzór autorski i wsparcie przez okres 36 miesięcy.
Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Zał. Nr 1 do SWZ – Opis przedmiotu zamówienia – Formularz oferty szczegółowy oraz wzór umowy, stanowiący Załącznik nr 5 do SWZ. Zamawiający wymaga, aby realizacja przedmiotu zamówienia odbywała się zgodnie z zasadą DNSH („nie czyń poważnych szkód”) dla celów środowiskowych, wynikającą z art.
17 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2020/852 z dnia 18.06.2020 r. oraz warunków określonych w rozporządzeniu Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2021/241 z dnia 12 lutego 2021 r.
ustanawiającym Instrument na rzecz Odbudowy i Zwiększania Odporności (RRF) oraz wytycznymi dotyczącymi Krajowego Planu Odbudowy, z zachowaniem polityk horyzontalnych, w szczególności z zasadą równości szans i niedyskryminacji.
