Scope overview
Die Stadt plant, um dem steigenden Parkdruck in der Alzeyer Innenstadt zeitnah begegnen zu können, den vorhandenen Parkplatz an der Ecke Friedrichstraße / Spießgasse im Rahmen eines Investorenwettbewerbs mit vorgeschaltetem Teilnahmewettbewerb zur Errichtung eines Parkhauses umzubauen. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist der Investorenwettbewerb.
Es soll ein Investor als Generalübernehmer gefunden werden, der das Grundstück von der Stadt kauft und im vorgegebenen Zeitrahmen sowohl erforderlichen Planungsleistungen als auch die Ausführung der Bauleistungen sicherstellt. Die Stadt beabsichtigt, das fertig gestellte Parkhaus langfristig anzumieten.
Sowohl der Mietvertrag im Entwurf, als auch der Grundstückskaufvertrag wird den Bietern, die für das Verhandlungsverfahren ausgewählt werden, zur Verfügung gestellt.
