INVITATION TO BID: ITB-PSP-IT-2026-001 FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A FRAME AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF PRINTING SERVICES FOR FACE-TO-FACE AND PPH MATERIALS IN ITALY

Reference: ITB-PSP-IT-2026-001 PSP Italy is seeking for a high qualified printing/production suppliers to support the Organization in producing F2F materials to be distributed to frontliners in charge of the dialogue with the general audience and PPH materials to be distributed to companies and donors: LOT 1. Printing services for Face-to-Face materials LOT 2.

Printing services for PPH materials Company can submit a quote for both LOTs or only for one LOT. For each lot, the selection will be made based on the cheapest technical compliant company, so that different companies may be selected for the IG and the PPH products. Please make sure all the requirements per LOTs are included into your proposal and you submit a technical and financial offer along with all annexes.

Please also clearly indicate the LOTs you are bidding for to ease the evaluation process. PSP Italy seeks to appoint a service provider based in Italy. PSP Italy aims to appoint a back-up supplier as well in case the main service provider fails to perform or might encounter capacity issues. In case the primary service provider fails to perform then the back-up will be activated.

We are seeking to collaborate for a period of two (2) years, tentatively starting from May 2026, with potential extension for further period of one (1) year subject to satisfactory performance.
