Scope overview
The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB or the “Bank”) established its first Interim Operational Hub in Abu Dhabi in 2022, in line with the development of the Bank, new Interim Operational Hubs will open in Hong Kong, Singapore and Istanbul in 2026. In addition to these new hubs, the existing Abu Dhabi hub and the future London hub will also be included in the scope of this procurement initiative.
In order to support daily business operations and establish a modern digital workspace, the Bank would like to select three qualified suppliers who should be able to provide IT Equipment and Related Services to all AIIB Operational Hubs while meeting local compliance and regulatory requirements.
The IT equipment would include, but not limited to, laptops, tablets, monitors, mobile phones, printers, IT accessories and peripherals, video conference hardware. Current Invitation for Prequalification (IPQ) aims to select three candidate suppliers in form Framework who should be capable of delivering the IT equipment, purchasing and related services.
The brands of IT equipment and quantity will be finalized when the new Operational Hubs are established, subsequently, an RFP will be released to the three selected candidate suppliers.
