Ntes: - UNICEF has the right to split the award based on price, quality and or lead time. Partial financial proposal is Not permitted. Questions from Proposers: Proposers are required to submit any questions in respect of this RFPS by [EMAIL] to aaljawadi@unicef.org ; aalagha@unicef.org ; The deadline for receipt of any questions is COB [COB of 17.02.2026].
Samples: photos, brochures are required for this solicitation process to conduct sample inspection. UNICEF might (OPTIONAL ) do physical inspection, in that case, the bidders will be requested to provide sample for each offered item. The details for delivering samples will be communicated by UNICEF later.
- Vendors are encouraged to send their e-mail Bid at least 24 hours before the designated closing time to avoid any potential delay in the submission and hence, consequent rejection.
