Scope overview
SBH | Schulbau Hamburg hat als Landesbetrieb der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (nachstehend SBH genannt) die Aufgabe, die Schulimmobilien unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Belange nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen zu planen, zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu bewirtschaften und die mehr als 400 Schulen an die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) zu vermieten.
--------------- Die Freie und Hansestadt Hamburg, vertreten durch Schulbau Hamburg I SBH beabsichtigt, aufgefordert durch die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung, am Standort Isestraße 144-146 in 20149 Hamburg Eimsbüttel zwei Bestandsgebäude zur Neugründung einer Grundschule zu sanieren.
Das Grundstück beherbergt derzeit das Landesinstitut für Lehrerbildung und Schulentwicklung (LI) und soll nach Baufertigstellung des 1.BA 2025 bereits teilweise, ab Beendigung des 2.BA 2027 vollständig, der zukünftigen 2,5 zügigen Grundschule Isestraße Raum bieten. Montieren einer hinterlüfteten Fassade als Keramikfassade inkl. Wärmedämmung und Unterkonstruktion.
