Scope overview
We are requesting price quotes for internet access for our school district. Service will need to be connected to our Technology Center located at 232 North 1st East, Rexburg, Idaho where our network will connect to our 13 buildings. Your response should provide the cost and bandwidth (upload and download speed) for any options you would like us to consider.
Provide a detailed description of the quality of internet service being offered and the redundancy, etc. for both premium and standard service. Provide a detailed description of the difference between your premium service and standard service options. Provide a description of average down time for each service proposed.
Provide a description of any other fees or costs such as installation or setup for each service proposed. Provide the location of service technicians and describe the response time we can expect to address service outages etc. Provide us a description of your company's experience in the industry and your local staff and experience.
We are requesting price quotes for a multi-year agreement for 5 years with the ability to voluntarily extend service annually for up to 5 years. The winning bid will be based on price, local presence for service and experience in the industry. There are no Services Requested For Category 2 All bids are due by March 26, 12:00pm noon mountain time.
