Scope overview
Aufgrund der in einem Vorprojekt ermittelten Hochwasserschutzdefizite entlang der Kleinen Emme im Perimeter Parkplatz Schützenmatte bis zur Typonbrücke wurde mit einem Hochwasserschutzkonzept die Grundlage für die Umsetzung des vorliegenden Projekts als Einzelmassnahme erarbeitet.
Zudem beabsichtigt die Localnet AG das Fernwärmenetz von der SBB-Brücke bis zur Typobrücke auszubauen, zwei Fernwärmeanschlüsse zu realisieren und gleichzeitig bei dieser Gelegenheit die Gashochdruckleitung PE 160 aus dem Gewässerraum zu verschieben.
Zur Umsetzung dieses Projekts suchen die Auftraggeber (Baudirektion Stadt Burgdorf und Localnet AG) einen Leistungserbringer für die Baumeisterarbeiten und einen Leistungserbringer für den Rohrbau Fernwärme. Die vorliegende Ausschreibung ist in folgende zwei Lose gegliedert: Los 1: Baumeisterarbeiten Los 2: Rohrbau Fernwärme Mittels vorliegender Ausschreibung wird in zwei Losen je ein Anbieter evaluiert.
