Scope overview
The vendor will provide consulting services for the project(s) mentioned below. The period of performance will be for thirty-six (36) months from July 1,2025 to June 30 ,2028.
IT Development and Management DSS has a constant increased need for the provision of full systems life cycle applications development on various computer platforms, including a variety of client eligibility and recertification systems, employment/work engagement services, claims systems, etc., that are critical to the operation and functioning of DSS programs, requiring periodic refinements to maintain the applications at optimum service levels.
Enterprise Solutions Management (ESM) The ESoM Unit is responsible for developing and maintaining web and mobile applications as well as providing support services required to enable the Department of Homeless Services (DHS) to achieve its mission of preventing and addressing homelessness in New York City (NYC).
The applications are designed to provide data that facilitates accurate and quick electronic reporting used to make decisions on program planning, client services, reporting to internal and government stakeholders as well as eliminate the need for manual data collection tools.
