Scope overview
Stichting Data Safe House wenst een overeenkomst met één opdrachtnemer te sluiten voor de ontwikkeling en het beheer van een IT Dataplatform. Zie voor meer informatie de aanbestedingsstukken. Alle ondernemers die aan de eisen voldoen worden uitgenodigd een inschrijving in te dienen. Dat kan zelfstandig, als samenwerkingsverband en/of door een beroep te doen op derden en/of onderaannemers.
De overeenkomst biedt ook ruimte om door te ontwikkelen. Dit valt van te voren nog niet volledig te overzien, waardoor de overeenkomst op onderdelen het karakter heeft van een raamovereenkomst. Dit betekent dat de totale opdrachtwaarde uiteindelijk boven de €1.100.000 kan uitkomen, waarbij als maximum twee (2) keer deze waarde (€2.200.000) wordt aangehouden.
De hierboven genoemde omvang is slechts bedoeld als indicatie. Opdrachtnemer kan hier op geen enkele wijze rechten aan ontlenen. Alle genoemde bedragen zijn exclusief btw.
