Scope overview
Statistics Canada requires specialized professional services to augment its Information Technology Service Management Office (ITSMO) in support of its BMC Helix SaaS-based IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.
The contractor will provide expert capacity to configure, integrate, migrate, operationalize, and continually improve the platform, including implementation and optimization of a self-service portal, service catalogue and knowledge management, incident and service request management, change enablement, asset and configuration management, reporting and dashboards, and operational readiness, with sustained knowledge transfer to Statistics Canada personnel.
Performance will be demonstrated through deliverables defined in applicable Task Authorizations.
