THE CANADIAN INSITUTES OF HEALTH RESEARCH IS NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING BIDS VIA SAP ARIBA. The only acceptable email address for responses to the bid solicitation is procurement-approvisionnements@cihr-irsc.gc.ca. Bids submitted by email directly to the Contracting Authority or to any email address will not be accepted.
The maximum email file size that the Canadian Institutes of Health Research is capable of receiving is 35 megabytes. The Bidder is responsible for any failure attributable to the transmission or receipt of the emailed bid due to file size. The Bidder should be cognisant of the size of the email as a whole, and not only the attachments.
Please take into consideration that some attachments, when sent, may be resized during the email transfer. If the email size is too large, the Bidder should send the bid in multiple emails properly labeled with the solicitation number, project name, and indicate how many emails are included (ex. 1 of 2). Emails with links to bid documents will not be accepted. Bid documents must be sent as email attachments.
REQUIREMENT This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category(ies): Stream 1 Resources category: 1X C.3 Information Technology Security TRA and C&A Analyst Level 2 1X C.10 Information Technology Security Installation Specialist Level 2 Estimated level of effort : 220 days per year per resource Number of contracts : up to 2 All TBIPS SA Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 1 in the National Capital Region under the EN578-170432 series of SA's are invited to bid on this requirement.
Description of Work: The Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) requires services of IT Security TRA and C & A Analyst (level 2) and Information Technology Security Installation Specialist (Level 2). - Bidders may submit a bid for one or all resource categories. - The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource.
- Contract period is for 2 years Security Requirement: CIHR SRCL - Common Minimum Corporate Security Required: Designated Organization Screening (DOS) Minimum Resource Security Required: Reliability Inquiries Inquiries regarding this RFP requirement must be submitted to the Contracting Authority.
Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be emailed directly to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT “CanadaBuys” IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DISTRIBUTION OF SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language.
NOTE: Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Method of Supply is refreshed three (3) times per year.
