Primary business objectives relevant to this contract include: Enhanced Student Support: Providing a peer-led support system that complements existing student recruitment services, thereby contributing to student conversion, retention and success.

Increased Student Engagement: Encouraging active participation from students by creating a dynamic and interactive community, which can lead to higher levels of satisfaction, conversion of prospective students and retention of current students. Leadership Development: Offering Student Ambassadors opportunities to develop leadership, communication, and organisational skills through their involvement in the platform.

Scalability and Sustainability: Developing a platform that can be easily scaled across multiple departments and maintained over the long term, ensuring its continued relevance and effectiveness.
