Lisäkirje 1, pvm. 16.1.2026, tarjouslomaketta on muutettu: Pyydetään optiohinta pihan vesi- ja viemäriasennuksista. Sisältää aiemmin PU vastuulle kuuluneet em. työt rakennuksien ulkoseinälinjoista pihalle päin. Hankinta käsittää Itä-Hakkilan koulu, perusparannus ja uudisosa –hankkeen rakennusurakan ja pääurakan työt urakkalaskenta-asiakirjojen mukaisesti. Työt tehdään tilaajan laadituttamien suunnitelmien mukaan.
Rakennusurakoitsija toimii pääurakoitsijana. Tilaaja hankkii pääurakkaan alistettavina sivu-urakoina: putki-, ilmanvaihto-, sähkö- ja rakennusautomaatiourakat. Rakennusurakoitsija toimii myös urakan ajan kohteen päätoteuttajana sekä työmaan johtovelvollisuuksista ja työmaapalveluista vastaavana urakoitsijana. Urakkakilpailu toteutetaan avoimella menettelyllä.
Tilaaja on tarjouspyynnössä määrittänyt tarjoajalta vaadittavat kelpoisuus-/soveltuvuusehdot. Halvimman (vertailuhinta) tarjouksen antanut kelpoisuusehdot täyttävä urakoitsija valitaan rakennus- / pääurakoitsijaksi. Kohteen B osa puretaan kokonaan ja tilalle rakennetaan uudisosa. Osat A ja C peruskorjataan suunnitelmien mukaisesti. Paviljonkirakennukseen kohdistuu myös pienehköjä korjauksia ja muutostöitä.
