Доставка и монтаж на обзавеждане на нова детска градина в с.Грашево в УПИ-IV, кв.7 по плана на с.Грашево, общ. Велинград, обл. Пазарджик. Видът и количеството на артикулите /обзавеждането/ са посочени в Техническата спецификация – неразделна част от настоящата документация.
Възложителят определя максимален срок за доставка и монтаж на обзавеждането - 60 (шестдесет) календарни дни, считано от датата на получаване на възлагателно писмо от Възложителя, като приемането на работата се удостоверява с подписването на двустранен приемо-предавателен протокол.
Договорът влиза в сила на датата на регистриране в Регистъра на договорите на ВЪЗЛОЖИТЕЛЯ, която се поставя на всички екземпляри на Договора и е със срок на действие до изпълнение на всички поети от Страните задължения по Договора, но не по-късно от 31.10.2026г.
